Starting 18 February 2024, this in-person retreat provides a unique combination of activities all focused on rejuvenating your mind, body and soul including meditation, yoga, holistic healing and nature, with a mindful community.  There will be plenty laughter and possibly some tears.

 

You’ll be hosted by Saj Sharif, Founder of Zen Community, offering spiritual healing and meditation modalities and co-host Erika Huarcaya from Native Wisdom Hub, who’ll be providing daily seasonal yoga practice – as well as sunset Cacao ceremonies using ceremonial-grade Cacao from Peru.

 

Each session has been designed to support wellness, intention, grounding and relaxation, all in the backdrop of the luxurious beachside setting with 5* all inclusive service from Obrigado by Craftels Beach Resort​ providing the perfect setting for self-reflection and personal growth. Vegetarian options are available.

 

In an intimate group with a maximum of 10 attendees, you’ll be able to connect with like-minded people, share stories if you wish and build lasting relationships.
